1. Educational & Simulation Use Only

Way2Cert provides educational simulation environments and learning roadmaps designed to help candidates prepare for professional IT certifications. Way2Cert is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Cisco Systems, CompTIA, or any other trademark owner.

All vendor and certification names referenced on this site are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are used strictly for identification and educational reference.

2. Anti-Braindump Policy

Way2Cert strictly prohibits the dissemination, posting, or extraction of copyrighted exam question dumps or leaked examination materials. All practice questions and mock simulations are authored to assess conceptual understanding and real-world implementation competency in accordance with publicly available blueprint domains.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans are processed securely via Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. All plans (Monthly Pass, Quarterly Pro, and Annual Unlimited) provide access to simulator tracks across all 188 vendors. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by the subscriber prior to the next billing date. Cancellations can be performed anytime from your candidate portal with no extra fees.

4. Single-User License & Anti-Sharing Policy

Every Way2Cert account and subscription is licensed strictly for use by one (1) natural human person. Account sharing, credential pooling, group distribution, and proxy logins are expressly prohibited.

To protect our community and prevent unauthorized access, Way2Cert enforces a single concurrent web session policy. If an account is accessed from a new device or browser session, existing sessions will be automatically revoked. Excessive simultaneous access anomalies or repeated credential sharing may result in permanent account suspension without refund.

5. Content Protection & Anti-Scraping

All simulator questions, educational rationales, domain blueprints, and software algorithms provided by Way2Cert are protected proprietary content. Users may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, redistribute, photograph for commercial broadcast, or republish simulator items. Content is digitally marked to identify the licensed subscriber.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

While Way2Cert strives to maintain accurate syllabus alignment with current industry standards, we do not guarantee passing scores on any third-party certification examination. Examination readiness and individual outcomes depend entirely upon independent candidate preparation.
